Once you've paid, we email you a link to a short form for photos and a list of what you offer. We build from it.
Do I own my site?
You own your domain and everything you send us. We own our templates and code. If you leave, you get a static copy of your site and content to keep using for your own business. You can't resell our templates, and some licensed stock photos may not transfer.
What happens if I cancel?
Use our cancel form at datumoperations.com/site-care/cancel. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for. No refund for a partial month. Within 5 business days we send you a static copy of your site and content. Its contact form stops working unless you move it. No fee to leave.
Is there a setup fee?
On its own, Site Care is $199 setup, then $39/mo, so you pay $238 today. The setup fee is one-time. If you add Site Care to a Datum Operations CRM plan, there's no setup fee.
Can I get a refund?
No. Fees you've already paid, including the setup fee, aren't refundable, and that includes partial months. You can cancel anytime with our cancel form at datumoperations.com/site-care/cancel, and you won't be charged again. If we ever charge you by mistake or after you've cancelled, we'll refund it.
How do I ask for a change?
Email hello@datumoperations.com with all your changes in one email. We reply with what we'll change, make it, and send you a link to check.
