What happens now. No login needed. Your plan stops renewing as soon as you send this form. You'll see a confirmation on this page, and we'll email you a written confirmation from billing@datumoperations.com within 1 business day.

Your site and refund. Your site stays live through the end of the period you've paid for, and there's no refund for a partial month. If we charge you after you send this form, or on the day you send it, we'll refund that charge in full.

Your copy and domain. Within 5 business days of your plan ending, we'll send you a static copy of your site, remove our access to your domain, and help you point it somewhere new if you ask. The copy's contact form stops working unless you move the form to your new host. Your domain stays in your account.
